I remember the first time it really hit me—that deep knowing that everything is infused with the same indescribable, pulsing energy of creation. An experiential gnosis that everything is Everything.
It wasn’t during some grand ceremony. It was an ordinary morning, as I stood barefoot in my sunlit kitchen, hands covered in flour. The scent of cinnamon, spices and apples sweetened the air, already enchanted with shimmering dust motes and rainbows from the prism in the window.
It was such beauty that I lost track of time for a moment. Then, there it was: the sacred, right there in the mundane, as everything became a kaleidoscope of ever-creating energy.
This Creation energy didn’t wait for just the right time or the perfect moment. It was already there, in the very fabric of my being, waiting for me to notice.
It moves in the way our breath flows, in the flicker of candlelight on a stormy night, in the hush of the woods when the veil feels thin. It touches our thoughts, our laughter, our tears.
For too long, this energy was buried under layers of conditioning, fear, and forgotten mysteries. But the truth is, it has never left us. It’s the fire in our bellies when we dare to dream, in the deep longing when we crave something meaningful, and in the sheer radiance of being alive.
This isn’t about learning something new—it’s about remembering something ancient. Something that calls from the well of our ancestors, from the fire circles and moonlit groves, from the sacred drumbeat of the Earth herself.
The first gateway to this energy lies in the forgotten wisdom of the deep feminine, present in the depths of us all. The intuitive, the wild, the cyclical, the magnetic. The part of us that doesn’t push and force but instead opens, receives, and calls forth the energy of the whole Cosmos.

To step into the fullness of our aliveness and reclaim what has always been ours- our own Life Force. Our ancestors… the witches, the priestesses, the wild women and cunning men—they knew this. They lived it. And so do we, when we remember.
But it doesn’t stop there. When our Life Force energy is invited to rise, it calls forth its counterpart—the steady, unwavering presence that holds and directs. The structure that allows the wild essence to be channeled into something tangible, something real. Without this, all that untamed force can become chaos. But with it? With it, we become unstoppable creators, shaping our lives with intention, purpose, and magick. It’s our own little corner of Consciousness, if you will. The Magickal Witness within and beyond us.
There’s a sacred dance between movement and stillness, between surrender and action, between dreaming and doing. The real alchemy happens when these two forces merge within us. And when they meet, something new is born—a third force, an energy so potent that it transforms everything it touches.
This is where we shift from merely existing to actively creating. Not just manifesting things we want, but becoming conscious weavers of our own reality. Not just receiving divine inspiration, but embodying it in every choice we make. When we unlock this energy, it fuels everything—our creativity, our relationships, our purpose, even the way we move through the most ordinary moments of our lives.
And let’s be clear—this isn’t about struggle. It’s not about grinding ourselves down to prove we are worthy of creation. That’s the old way. The way of forcing and fighting. But what if expansion didn’t (always) have to come through suffering? What if the act of creating could be as natural as breathing? What if everything we need to shape our lives is already within us, simply waiting to be set free?
A Meditative Ritual for Igniting Your Creative Force
Find a quiet space where you can sit undisturbed. A cozy corner with a few natural elements—a stone, a leaf, a bowl of water—see what you are naturally inspired to include in your space.
Light a candle of your chosen color to symbolize the spark of creation within you. You may wish to whisper your intention aloud as the flame takes hold. Invoke as much emotion as you can.
Place one hand on your heart, the other on your lower belly, and take a few deep breaths, feeling into your body. Let the mind be diffuse.
Close your eyes and visualize a golden light swirling between your heart and belly, growing stronger with each breath.
Speak aloud: I awaken and ignite the energy of creation that lives within me. I am open to the forces of inspiration, passion, and purpose.
Now place one hand on your heart, and the other on your third eye. Take a few more deep breaths, feel into your body as you visualize the golden light swirling between your heart and third eye.
Speak aloud: I awaken and ignite the energy of creation that lives within me. I am a living expression of the divine.
Sit in this energy for a few moments, then allowing it to move through all 3 centers. Then see where it wants to go and let it swirl, within and around you.
Let energy come up from the core of the earth and join the swirling golden light.
Let energy come down from the center of the sky and join the beautiful, swirling light. See if it changes color.
Turn off the evaluating mind and just be with it for awhile. Allow the energies to swirl and merge.
When you feel ready, come back to your cozy little zone. Look at the sacred objects in your space with new eyes.
Blow out the candle. Know that the spark remains within you, ready to be called upon whenever you need it.
This is just a little “tapping in” to the energy that moves through you. It is vast, limitless, and ancient. The question is—are you ready to let it shape you, to move you, to transform you from the inside out? If the answer is yes, then trust that knowing. It has been waiting for you all along.
Your ancestors smile when you say yes. The earth listens. The stars lean in. And the moment becomes your chance to tune in to gratitude, miracles, and magic. Another chance to co-create with the divine, and to live as the sacred being you truly are.
